Guided Nature Walks – Walk. Breathe. Recentre.


As a complement to individual or group coaching, I offer gentle moments in nature — to slow down, reconnect, and find clarity at your own pace.

These guided walks are open to anyone going through a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply wishing to return to the essentials, without pressure.

In a peaceful and natural environment, they offer the opportunity to:

  • 🌀 Get out of your head and back into your body

  • 🌬️ Breathe deeply, away from the pace of daily life

  • 🌿 Reconnect with yourself, with others, and with nature

  • 🤝 Feel supported during a moment of doubt, fatigue, or new beginning

👣 A gentle, human and accessible approach

I guide walks in the Forest, and occasionally in the Ardennes, depending on the season and group preferences.
Each walk is adapted to your rhythm, in a caring and non-judgmental atmosphere — with no performance expected.

  • The walks can be silent or include conversation, depending on your needs

  • A sharing space or short coaching session can be offered at the end

  • Emphasis is placed on accessibility, safety, and presence to self

  • Individual walks or duo sessions

  • Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

  • Gentle walking with breaks, on accessible paths

  • Locations: Forest or parks in Brussels / occasional nature outings outside the city

💶 Rates

From €40 to €60, depending on the duration
