As a complement to individual or group coaching, I offer gentle moments in nature — to slow down, reconnect, and find clarity at your own pace.

These guided walks are open to anyone going through a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply wishing to return to the essentials, without pressure.

I guide walks in the Forest, and occasionally in the Ardennes, depending on the season and group preferences.

  • Each walk is adapted to your rhythm, in a caring and non-judgmental atmosphere — with no performance expected.
  • The walks can be silent or include conversation, depending on your needs.
  • A sharing space or short coaching session can be offered at the end.
  • Emphasis is placed on accessibility, safety, and presence to self.
