Who am I?
I’m Guillaume Poughon, an ICF-certified professional coach.
25 years ago, a car accident profoundly changed my life. I had to rebuild myself – physically, emotionally, and professionally.
This path of transformation taught me that health – in all its dimensions – is at the heart of any lasting change.
Today, I support those who are looking to regain balance, meaning, and inner strength after a difficult period, a life transition, or a loss of momentum.
“What I believe: we can always start over — differently.”
My vision of coaching
Coaching is a space of support and renewal, where meaning, connection, and momentum are restored.
I integrate the principles of health coaching: a holistic approach centered on the person, their resources, and their lifestyle.
“Even without knowing exactly where to go, you can move forward, differently.”
