Hello, my name is Guillaume, ICF- professional coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Coaching Reconstruction.

 

 

 

 

At the age of 19, a serious accident changed the course of my life. I had to rebuild myself — physically, mentally, and professionally.
I then spent over 15 years working as an international project manager, handling complex missions. This journey taught me resilience, stress management, and above all, the importance of staying true to myself.

An entrepreneur at heart, I launched several projects before founding Coaching Reconstruction: a space for human-centered coaching, designed for those who want to move forward differently — after an accident, a turning point, or simply a need for renewal.

Today, I support people going through professional or personal transitions, with a coaching approach that is practical, compassionate, and focused on autonomy.
